Casa Oliva is located in the Jalon Valley between the villages of Parcent and Benigembla, an ideal location for walking, cycling and climbing holidays. It is also the perfect spot for those who wish to sit by the pool and relax in the peaceful and picturesque Marina Alta mountains.
The property is set within 2.5 acres of its own grounds surrounded by olive, almond and orange groves.
Guests have exclusive access to the pool and garden areas during their stay. The local nearby villages have plenty of bars, restaurants and shops that are only a short drive away.

The apartment sleeps up to 4 people and is ideal for an individual traveller, couple, holidaying with friends or family.
Casa Oliva consists of two twin bedded rooms, both with modern en-suites. (One of the bedrooms can be made up as a superking if notice is given prior to arrival.)

Casa Oliva and the surrounding area
Casa Oliva is set in 2.5 acres of ancient almond, olive, vine and orange groves in the heart of Jalon valley. Nestled under Spain's glorious Marina Alta mountain region, it is a rural property in a spectacular location with stunning mountain views. It is close to the unspoiled town of Parcent and locally renowned Paella restaurant L'Era.
Casa Oliva is only 30 minutes from the famous beaches and coves of the Costa Blanca, explore the coastline and the wonderful towns of Denia, Moraira and Xabia.

The daily average temperature ranges from about 12 °C (53.5 °F) in January and February to about 26 °C (79 °F) in July and August. Even in mid-winter, there are many sunny days, with daytime temperatures reaching or exceeding 20 °C (68 °F).
With an average of 11 hours sunlight in mid summer there really is plenty of time to relax or explore the local area. There is plenty to do in the surrounding towns and small villages, you just need to head out and explore!

Things to do at Casa Oliva
The Jalon Valley, also known as Vall de Pop is situated inland from the coastal towns of Denia and Javea. The area is famous for its magnificent mountains which are covered in olive trees, almonds trees, orange groves, and vineyards.
In the peaceful towns and villages of the surrounding area you will find some of the best road cycling in Europe with quiet and smooth roads and stunning mountain ascents that are a challenge for any cyclist. Those who prefer a more leisurely approach to climbing mountains will enjoy the local walking trails and routes in the valley that also offering stunning panoramic views.
For the adventurous climbers the mountains in the area and renowned worldwide as perfect winter playground for climbers who wish to train in a warmer climate. The local town of Calpe about 40 minutes from Casa Oliva has the stunning Peñon de Ifach which is a challenge for even the best climbers.
For those who wish to enjoy the local beaches and relax by the mediterranean sea there are plenty to choose from. The local towns offer busier beaches with lots of options for lunch and dinner, whilst some of the smaller beaches set in amongst the coves are an ideal getaway from all the crowds.
